This information is necessary to help us plan accordingly for your automatic deliveries, and enables our heating technicians to better serve our customers. You must notify us of any changes in your household that might affect the usage of fuel, such as; the addition or discontinued use of supplemental heating, number of persons in the household, vacancies in your home, remodeling, etc. In the event of a run out, Frederick Bros. Oil cannot be held liable if we were not given accurate tank size information, or were not notified of such changes in the household. If you wish to discontinue your Automatic Delivery at any time, we must receive your request in writing.
Tank sizes in gallons or length, width, & height and we will figure the tank size for you.
What is the level of fuel in your tank as of today?
By submitting this credit application I understand that a credit history may be done, and approval for credit is subject to the results of such credit check. I understand and agree that anytime my account is past due, deliveries may be suspended, and a minimum monthly finance charge of 2% will be assessed on balances over 30 days. In the event of a returned check, a minimum $35.00 fee will be assessed.
EXCUSED PERFORMANCE. Frederick Bros. Oil & Propane will not be responsible for any delay or damages caused by events or circumstances beyond it’s reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, fire, storms, floods, labor disputes, wars, hostilities, terrorism, compliance with law or regulations, Frederick Bros. Oil & Propane’s inability to obtain fuel or equipment from its customary suppliers, terminal, refinery or pipeline disruptions, allocation programs, lack of or inadequate transportation facilities. Under any of these circumstances, Frederick Bros. Oil & Propane may allocate fuel and equipment among its customers in any manner that Frederick Bros. Oil & Propane in its sole judgment deems reasonable.
